At X-ALL, we’re committed to developing high-tech, quality and tested products to help you keep your home sanitary and healthy.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the product?

To obtain a refund, you must return any unused portion of your order, your return must be approved, and the return must be received within thirty(30) days of the date of delivery. Return processing fees will be deducted from the amount refunded. You will not be refunded the cost to ship the products to you.

We are a U.S.-based company. We ship out of Los Angeles, California.
